CARE + MATERIALS

How should I care for copperware?

Hand wash with mild soap and dry promptly. Do not put copper pieces in the dishwasher. Unlacquered copper naturally develops a patina. To brighten the exterior, gently use lemon and salt or a copper-safe cleaner, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Use copper drinkware only for plain water unless the product page says otherwise.

How should I care for textiles, leather, fragrance, and incense?

Follow the product page first. In general, wash textiles gently, spot-clean leather and keep it away from prolonged moisture, use fragrance oils externally, and burn incense in a stable heat-safe holder with ventilation. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Yes. Natural materials and hand processes can create subtle differences in color, texture, weave, print placement, shape, and finish. We aim to represent each product accurately, but no two handmade pieces are exactly alike.

What is a marma point massage stick?

It is a self-massage tool inspired by Ayurvedic traditions around marma points. Use gentle pressure and stop if anything feels painful or irritating.
